The email address you use to log in to your account
Your Makaton ID (where possible)
A brief reason for cancelling
This helps us locate your account quickly and process your request as smoothly as possible.
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your benefits will end automatically.
